Yes. Same-day courier pickups are available if requests are submitted by 10:30 AM for a morning pickup or 3:30 PM for an afternoon pickup. To schedule a same-day pickup, call B&L Support at 949-850-8515 and select Option 4.
Yes. If weekend or holiday pickups were not set up during onboarding, contact B&L Support at 949-850-8515, Option 4, in advance to have these pickups scheduled.
Not always. If a designated pickup location is available and accessible, the courier can collect packages without direct contact.
Before the courier arrives, ensure all samples are properly sealed and labeled, place samples in the designated pickup area, and prepare all required documentation. Multiple samples may be included in one pickup if each sample is properly labeled and ready.
For courier pickup issues, missed pickups, cancellations, or schedule changes, call B&L Support at 949-850-8515 and select Option 4. If you need to cancel or modify a pickup, call as soon as possible.
